DotNetNuke Upgrade Information

Online - An online upgrade involves us upgrading the DNN application in place within your web hosting space. This is quicker but results in your site being unavailable during the whole upgrade process.

Offline - An offline upgrade involves us downloading a copy of your website and database to our local servers to perform the upgrade. This is a little slower than the online upgrade but involves the least amount of downtime for your website

Same Version - A same version upgrade involves us upgrading your website to the latest minor version of your sites major version. i.e. We will upgrade ver 4.6.6 to 4.9.5 (lastest V4 version) or ver 5.1.2 to 5.4.0 (or latest V5 version).

Latest Version - A latest version upgrade involves us upgrading your website to the most recent stable version. i.e. Will upgrade your ver 4.6.6 to 5.4.0 (or latest V5 version).
