Your order will be placed through our online shopping cart. Once the order has been verified and your payment received, we will create your reseller hosting account. You will then receive an email with your control panel login and resource limit information.

Information for Resellers
Part of providing Web Hosting Reseller accounts is the need to understand the responsibilities of both Expressnet and the Reseller.
Expressnet Responsibilities
- Maintain server stability and uptime
- Inform resellers of any proposed server configuration changes
- Inform reseller of any additional features being added to the product offering
- Invoice the reseller on the agreed frequency
- Provide technical support to the reseller only, not the resellers clients
Reseller Responsibilities
- Ensure all Expressnet Invoices are paid before the due date
- Monitor clients usage to ensure compiance with Australian Law (ie Copyright, Adult Content)
- Perform billing and support for their clients
- Ensure they and their staff have a sound understanding of the concepts of web hosting and the functions of the control panel and other systems offered
- Resellers clients are not to contact Expressnet for support.
