We have never been as impressed with a web hosting provider as we have with Expeed. That's why we stick around for years. The server are 99% up all time. Once we opened a ticket with Expeed, we had a resolution within minute. The Support Team was quick to communicate the issue and how it was resolved
We would not want to look anywhere else. Keep up the good work, Expeed Team.

I've used a range of web hosting providers over the years, and had just come to accept poor customer service and technical support as just being part of the industry norm.
I started doing some hosting with Expeed a few months ago, though, and have found it to be in a different league - very good hosting service, with rapid support from people who know their stuff - and are actually keen to help solve your problems! Might sound like a cheesy sales pitch, but I've finally found a webhost to stick with.

I was tired of web hosting service providers who failed to keep me informed on upgrades, shut-downs or system failures. By comparison, Expeed Technology always keep me informed on systems maintenance issues in advance of events and updated on any other issues that could be impacting on my services. They also respond immeidately to any issues that I raise - and they always communicate in a professional and 'normal' manner - rather than an IT-geeky style. I am bloody pleased I am with them, and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for good, honest and effective web hosting.

Simon and his team assisted us with a migration of 30+ DotNetNuke websites to new server infrastructure and had the migration completed within two days. They went out of there way to resolve an issue on Sunday and continue to maintain high services levels after 2 years of business with us. We have tested other Australian DotNetNuke web hosting companies in that time and have been disappointed compared to Expeed's recipe for support, pricing and infrastructure.

I am absolutely delighted by the professionalism and expediency of Expeed's services. I haved checked out a few such services and this one stands out miles above the rest. In all fairness, if you are looking elsewhere you are probably slightly mad.

From the first contact with Expeed (recommended by Whirlpool), their service and attention has been superb. They offer a level of support and responsiveness that most hosts don't come close to, and at a price that represents excellent value for money. Our site has been hosted by many companies over the last 10 years, not only in Australia but also in the US and Canada. Expeed is by far the best hosting company we have come across. As a developer getting a site up and going is easy, however you need a hosting company that has reliable servers, well prepared and a good support team that respond with a positive outcome. I can honestly say that within 10 minutes our site was installed ready to go with DotNetNuke and fast considering it is hosted on a shared server. I find Expeed the BEST windows / ASP / DotNetNuke hosting company.
