Part of providing Web Hosting Reseller accounts is the need to understand the responsibilities of both Expeed and the Reseller.
Expreeed Responsibilities
- Maintain server stability and uptime
- Inform resellers of any proposed server configuration changes
- Inform reseller of any additional features being added to the product offering
- Invoice the reseller on the agreed frequency
- Provide technical support to the reseller only, not the resellers clients
Reseller Responsibilities
- Ensure all Expeed invoices are paid on or before the due date
- Monitor clients usage to ensure compiance with Australian Law (ie Copyright, Adult Content)
- Perform billing and support for their clients
- Ensure they and their staff have a sound understanding of the concepts of web hosting and the functions of the control panel and other systems offered
- Resellers clients are not to contact Expeed for support.
